Portable Dance Floor Service

We deliver, install, dismantle and remove portable dance floors for a per square foot rental price plus applicable taxes. Written quotes are free and delivered by mail or email at your request. If your venue is a hotel, a rental hall or a restaurant, we will negotiate the time line directly with your venue manager. A sample of the terms of an accepted quote is listed below. These quotes can be confirmed by telephone or email. A down payment is required to reserve your dance floor inventory and the balance is due on the install date. It is optional for a network agent to request volunteer help installing and-or dismantling as part of the agreement.

We are happy to supply quality seamless hardwood dance floors that will stay put and stay together during your event. Our smooth, sprung dance floors minimizing the chance of sprains and breaks from tripping that lead to law suits, so common with other dance floors made of plywood or metal frames. These dance floors are safe and stable protecting the reputation of event directors.

General Terms:
Chairs or tables are not allowed on the floor without plastic or rubber feet. Renter takes full responsibility for damage of any kind, to the floor, during the rental period. The renter is responsible for the well being of all attendees including workers, performers, volunteers and quests and releases and waives-all-rights to claim for damages of any kind from Starr Portable Dance Floors and its associates. The Dance floors remain the property of Byron Starr regardless of any circumstances whatsoever including any legal challenges of any kind. During your rental period, you are responsible for keeping the dance floor in the same good condition that you receive it including removing any stickers or gum on the dance floor during the rental period. Invoice balances are due on the install date. Please arrange for N/C parking and two door passes to check up and maintain the dance floors.
